All 6th through 12th graders and their parents are invited to join us on a Hiawatha Cruise followed by an Ice Cream Social! Permission slip required for any youth not accompanied by their parent. If you are not attending with your child, you will need to have completed this Permission Slip / Hold Harmless agreement for your child to attend. God bless!
