Our Ushers and Greeters have a unique purpose in creating an atmosphere of welcome to all that enter our church for Mass. Some of the duties include:
Greeting parishioners and guests before Mass
Assisting with seating congregants if needed
Providing directions to those in need of assistance
Assisting with the collection
Selecting people to bring the gifts forward during Mass
Handing out bulletins
If you enjoy conversing with people and overall creating a welcoming atmosphere where parishioners, prospective parishioners and guests feel a part of our parish family, consider using your gifts to be an usher or member of hospitality at St. Joseph!
