Our registration period closes September 1st for Faith Formation, First Communion, and Confirmation.
If you are interested in signing up after this date, please contact Caleb Cochran to see if it is possible to join after our start date. For children preparing to receive a Sacrament, it may be too far into formation.

Before you register, here are a few things for parents to keep in mind…
- Nothing can replace every-Sunday Mass participation in the spiritual life of you and your child(ren)! Please always bring everyone in your family to Mass every Sunday (little ones or teens)! The Mass is where we enter into our closest relationship with Jesus and have the opportunity to receive Him (not a symbol of Him, but Jesus, Himself!) in Holy Communion.
- You are the first and most important teacher of your child! Nothing can replace you and your witness of faith in the lives of your children. The time you invest in helping to develop your child’s faith will make an eternal difference in his or her life and yours!
- By virtue of the commitment you made at your child’s Baptism you are officially the most important member of the faith formation team here at our parish! When you presented your child(ren) for Baptism, you made a promise to God and the whole church that you would educate your children in the faith. The Church was founded by Jesus Christ and is committed to helping you in this task. You are not alone!
NEW FOR THIS YEAR: Registration & Signup Through Flocknote
Step 1) Parish Household Registration/Verification
This year we are using Flocknote to register and sign up for Faith Formation. Please use the button below to begin the process of entering or verifying your household information to ensure that we have your family’s current information on file. Any information that you enter in this step auto-fills in the next step, and in future years to save you some time.
Step 2) Signup for Faith Formation, First Communion, or Confirmation. Once you have entered (or verified) all of your household members’ information in Step 1, please continue and complete Step 2 to sign up for Faith Formation / Sacraments.
