Founded in 1988 by the United Churches of Lycoming County (UCLC), this ministry provides spiritual and material help to those on the streets facing illness & fear. The ministry supplies personal hygiene kits, medical treatment resources, baby supplies, transportation assistance, clinical counseling and a variety of other needs for those seeking help.
